This device is guaranteed 2 years parts and labour in its country of purchase against any manufacturing defects validated by our technical department. PRESIDENT After Sales Service department reserves the right not to apply the warranty in the event a breakdown is caused by an antenna other than those distributed by PRESIDENT. An extension of 3 years warranty is proposed systematically for the simultaneous purchase of a device and a PRESIDENT antenna, bringing the total duration of the warranty to 5 years. In order to be valid, the warranty registration must be completed and submitted within a period of 30 days after the purchase date to PRESIDENT ELECTRONICS online at www.president-electronics.us/warranty-registration. You will receive a confirmation email if the registration is successfully completed. Please keep a copy of this email for your records.
Any repair under warranty will be without charge and the return delivery costs will be paid by PRESIDENT. A proof of purchase sales receipt must be included with the device to be repaired. The dates listed on the warranty registration and proof of purchase must match. In case the device is not under warranty, the repair and return of the device will be charged.
No spare parts will be sent nor exchanged by PRESIDENT under warranty. Do not proceed with the installation of the device without reading the user manual.
The warranty is only valid in the country of purchase.
Exclusions (not covered by Warranty):
Damages caused by accident, shock or inadequate packaging.
Power transistors, microphones, lights, fuses and the disrespect of the installation and use of specifications (including but not limited to antenna used with too high power, final output power transistors (SWR), inversion of polarities, bad connections, over voltage…).
The warranty cannot be extended due to the non-availability of the device while it is being serviced at PRESIDENT After Sales Service department, nor by a change of one or more components or spare parts.
Transceivers which have been modified. The warranty application is excluded in case of modification or poor maintenance done by a third party not approved by PRESIDENT ELECTRONICS.
If you note a malfunction:
Check the power supply of your device and the quality of the fuse.
Check that the antenna, the microphone are correctly connected.
Check that the squelch level is properly adjusted; the programmed configuration is the correct one.
In the event of a real malfunction, please contact your dealer first ~ they will decide what action should be taken.
In case of an issue not covered by warranty, an estimate will be established before any repair.

Note: these are a 10m/12m Amateur radio, and although they can be expanded to cover CB channels it in not legal to operate them on any CB channels.
The latest version of the Lincoln II is now called the Lincoln II + and now covers the 12m band as well as 10m.
The other major change is that this new version is now PC programmable, using the mini USB socket on the rear, allowing you to change various features on the radio. The power output has also been increased slightly.
The radio is all mode (AM/FM/SSB/CW) and covers the full 10m band as standard (28.000 – 29.700MHz) plus 12m (24.880 – 24.990MHz). It can be expanded for continuous coverage of 24.715 – 30.105MHz, this is for export use only and is not legal in the UK. We can supply is expanded for no extra cost.
Advanced features include CTCSS and many options that can be programmed through the menus.

Great Features , and excellent Recieve when set up properly!
I understand the 4 stars and less when Bought by CB’ers who want the mod and don’t get it. However On ten Meters The Lincoln’s have out performed even my TS 2000’s on USB. When you buy them from someone who knows what they are doing, the Recieve is almost unbeatable and the Clarity of the signal the same! From Wisconsin I have talked to New Zealand and back on only 33 watts. That was on the Old version! band conditions did have much to do with that, however Solar cycle 25 is already shaping up to be very promising. I am looking for some new 10-10 numbers so I want a good radio and the Quality vs Dirty power will be my answer! If you wand a Loud CB that Bleeds over every one then buy something else. If you want Intelligent conversation with say Europe, Antartica or even Florida or Mississippi; The Lincoln should be in your shack or Vehicle! kb9vsb. Read full review

Shipping was FAST from Walcott. I got the peak and tune from them and still only took a couple days to get it. I immediately installed it in my Chevy 2500hd. The antenna was a Stryker sra10 that had a flat swr with my general lee radio and in-line was a good external swr meter. But unfortunately On the very first key up while setting the calibration on the meter it let the magic smoke out… I check connections. Everything was good. I uninstalled the radio and replaced the General LEE; no issues, flat swr, great reports. So I called both Walcott radio and President electronics. Both were willing to accept the radio back for repair and said that that should never happen it certainly was an internal flaw. I decided to send it to Walcott because they seemed like they would have a faster turnaround and indeed they did. They repaired the radio, fully tested it and shipped it back very quickly and of no charge. I am very impressed with walcotts service and response with this situation. After getting the radio hooked back up, the Lincoln 2+ tuned up perfectly flat just like it should. I never had to touch the antenna, it was the exact same as the LEE. Now after putting the Lincoln through its paces about a month of daily use, I can say, I really like this radio. It has ALL the features. Menu is tricky if you don’t know what the abbreviations are that they use for the different adjustments in the menu, just dont loose the book. But it’s good to go once you set it how you like. The sound is very natural and accurate like an hf rig would. However, with mic gain up and a little echo it’s nice and loud. By the way, the echo is NICE and so is the talkback. Sideband, great. AM, great. I am now using it to drive a Texas star 500v and this setup SCREAMS. Thanks Walcott for your service. Thanks President for the product.
