With the GX Eagle, SRAM offers a 1×12 group with a wide gear ratio at a low price. It adopts numerous technologies from the revolutionary SRAM XX1 Eagle Top Group and, with perfectly coordinated shifting components, ensures extremely high performance and durability under all conditions. The transmission range of 500% is on the level of 2-fold drives. However, with the 1×12 drive, the additional weight and the poorer switching performance of the derailleur are eliminated.
Whether pedal-heavy descents or the steepest ramps, the XG-1275 cassette provides you with the right gears in every terrain with 10-50 teeth. The stamped steel pinion and a 50 tooth aluminum pinion ensure a high durability of the cassette. The pinions are not connected by a spider, but are riveted with stainless steel pins. This not only makes the fullpin cassette lighter than conventional cassettes, the open design also offers excellent self-cleaning in muddy conditions.
